Teen exercising may cut breast cancer risk:

Exercising is a very important activity that everyone must do in order to stay healthy. Not only does working out help you stay in good body shape but it also prevents breast cancer. It is also best to start working out at a young age. This article particularly discusses how it is important for young females to start working out around the age of 12 and it will prevent the breast cancer at the time they are grown. Your body is something you can control and you should take care of it at your best. Think about it, people who are healthy live longer and get less sick. But it is important not to over do it. They say that physical activity can lower estrogen levels. If girls are to intense with working out the may end up having problems with your menstrual cycle.
I tried going to the gym at the age of 15. When I went I did not like it. I thought it was very tiring and sometimes i couldnt continue after 5 counts. So I thought of other ways to get exercise like run around, play sports, walk around the neighorhood, and take dance classes. Later on in the years I have continued that routine and also have forced my way to the gym as well. I realize the reason why I now can go to the gym and be sucessful is because I gave myself that energy by doing the other activies. I am still young today, but I also know that I am very healthy and I am in good shape.

Don’t Buy That Textbook, Download It Free:

What computers can do these days it is amazing. Just a few clicks and you have what you need. We are always looking for programs that are free to use and the computer is where all of that is stored. Student at universities are paying so much money to "borrow" the textbooks needed for class and when they want to return them they get much less money then when they paid for them. In the article they compare textbooks to drugs. Why? Because of the price and also to be humorous " They both make money from doing obvious good — healing, educating."
Being a Hofstra student I find it very unfair that I've paid $130.00 for a book and when i returned it I nly got 14 dollars back. Sometimes they wouldnt even except a book back. When i found this article it made me happier because it said that you can download a textbook for free on the computer.
Now teachers are making it easier for students to read by using programs such as E-Reserve and transfer articles onto PowerPoint as well. It is definitely easier to use because you can change the fonts around and make it look at your best in a way that is comfortable for you. Also now people have made websites where they get money just by someone clicking into their website.
The internet is very quick and you can complete a scrpit in 3 hours compared to having to make a textbook by hand, which could take years.
Im not saying that this is good for everyone because there are people out there trying to make money off these book, but it makes things so much easier and it is not like the student will have the excuse " The bookstore ran out." This way everyone can afford a copy and there is "enough scrolling" for everybody.
